What are some good stores for teenage girls?

Ohkay. I am fourteen going into the 8th grade. I wanna make a fashion statement!!!!!! I am sporty but outside of sports I am a girly-girl. Lol, I like burnout tees, and over the shoulder tops. Some places I go to are Buckle and Maurice s, but with how many things I want, these are way too pricey, especially with one income. I've already tried Rue21 which was amazing, but i'd like some more ideas. P.s couldn't find anything at Delilah's. Lol. Thanks so much for the answers!!!!
