Outfit Idea Help?? Pleaseee?(:?

Okay. Well, I'm going to this fair thing this weekend, and I was wondering if any fellow yahoo answer-ers going help with the troubled outfit ideas... I know what shirt I'm wearing (it has the logo of the thing I'm going to on it) and I'm going shopping with my mom in about a half hour. My mom's pretty strict, so my shorts need to follow the fingertip rule (hands down on your sides, where you fingertip stops thats where the length of the shorts has to be) plus about a inch or so. I have stores like JcPenneys, Target, Kohls, Rue21, Old Navy, Maurices, ETC in my town.. Has to be fairly cheap too. So is there anyway you guys could maybe link some items, or give your input on what bottoms, and shoes I should wear? The guy I kind of like is probably going to be there, so I for sure want to look good. :D Thanks in advance!
