I smoked a hookah and have asthma.?

So my cousin took me to a hookah bar last night and i tagged along and decided to try a puff, because he claimed it was just flavored water that turned into smoke. Thennn this morning my chest startedto hurt, and even my back, like the lung area... like when my asthma acts up in the winter. Am i going to stay like this for a while? Should i go to the doctor? That was my first time, and puffed maybe... 20- 30 times?? I dont use an inhaler daily, for my asthma only emerges during cold weather. HELP.
