How do you det rid of toe cramps?

Ever since I was like 5 I've gotten cramps in my toes. Whenever they get squished the wrong way, fall asleep for too long (where you get that tingly feeling), are in high heels for too long, or really easily when I go swimming, just kicking my feet in the water, they will start cramping for about 5 seconds. Oh, also in the winter when they get too cold. I really hate it cause my best friend has a pool and I love swimming but my cramps stop me. And then whenever I get them I can't go back in the water cause I'll get more and they'll get more frequent. I hear it helps to drink a whole lot of milk or eat many many bananas. I already chug milk all the time. It's like all I drink. But I don't really like bananas.Is that just a myth? How do I get rid of them? I HATE getting them! Thanks in advance.
