Hmmmm a littlee help here :)?

Staying away from lots of sugar is definitely beneficial! Fruits and vegetables and healthy food, keep your mind focused! Anxiety is caused by certain chemicals in the brain as well as other stressors. So think to yourself, before going to school or to the barber that it's not as stressful as your mind makes it out to be! People are just people! Most people don't judge anyways! I sometimes used to think that the whole world was stairing at me but then I started thinking that i'm not the center of everyones attention and most people don't care whatsoever about me walking through the door. Exercise and breathing exercises do help with stress as well by lowering stressful chemicals in the body! :)
