What can i do for my neighbors?

I am 14 years old and i have always wanted a Great Dane and do so much research on them . My neighbors have so many i can't count them all .... However they are getting older and they don't have enough money to take care of them all , as in they work for a Dane Rescue , but they are not a breeder , but the dogs have been breeding , breeding , breeding . They have so many females but only a few males . Two Females and one male live outside permanently . However they do tether a few others of them outside . The other live in the house . These Dogs are Aggressive and one of the Fawn Males has snapped on me before , He didn't really do that much damage but they have no fence so they do have a long tether and a large doghouse with a fan and winter heater for them . I love these dogs and only want the best for them . I help them take really good care of the dogs none of them are underfed nor have any of them missed their shots . But , they cannot afford spay and neuter . The Black female and Fawn Male had a Solid white Puppy ( REALLY BAD IN DANE TERMS BECAUSE OF POOR BREEDING ) I kept this puppy as they agreed to get shots for her and they supposedly took her for all of her puppy shots about three times . The rest they put an ad in the paper and gave them away for free . The only reason they did that is because i help them .So about a week ago she started Bloody diarrhea and died shortly after . I am really getting worried about the moms condition and i am considering taking her and the fawn male ( spaying and neutering them with my own money ) and keeping her at our house in the Yard and providing her with them shelter . I am not sure if ill be able to do it or not ( because of my mom ) she got angry with them about the puppy . I told her not to say anything though . I cannot report them to animal control , because most of the shelters in our area are full , and they can't take them , because they do have food , shelter and water . They are considering finding some of them homes . I really hope they do . Not to mention they have alot of smaller dogs inside with most of the danes that they keep inside . The inside of the home is not in bad condition either , they just have too many that they can't take care especially since the dogs keeps breeding and paying shots for the puppies . Should i take the two and help them find homes for some of the others , or just help them and convince them to try to come up with the money to get spayed and neutered for them . I need help !
