Im on a diet and i have 3 pieces of fruit every morning for breakfast, whats the best 3 to have?
I disagree with Lynn Sine; stick to your 3 fruits. Why cut down to just one? :/ That's not a breakfast! I say banana, kiwi, pear or red grapes. That's what I have with my apple and orange in the morning. The more varied the colours, the better!
