When will Rangers get rid of that useless black player Maurice Edu?

He has been our worst player all season and he probably only gets a game because of political correctness. I think we must have a "useless black player" quota meaning that we must at all times have atleast one useless black player in our starting lineup. How else can you explain why he is still in the team after so many bad games. He contributes nothing, zero, zilch, nada, and yet he is always in the team.
