My hands freeze, I need some gloves .... :( !!!?

Okay, so I work at a grocery store and whenever we close I have to condition/straighten the frozen and diary section. As you may or may not know, this section is COLDDDD!!! Therefore, my hands get cold and it slows me down. I have to stop every so often to just clutch my hands in my pockets to warm them up or whatever. BUT, my question!!! What type of gloves could I wear or what are good gloves to wear while doing this that will keep my hands warm and allow me to do my job effectively? I don't want bulky, wool gloves that you wear in the winter time or anything of the sort. I want a un-noticeable glove that is perfect for the job. SO, if anyone can help...it would be appreciated.
