How do I deal with this arizona heat?

Well I live in phoenix, arizona and it's so hot! It gets above 115 degrees and I'm pretty sure it'll get hotter. I don't think people were made for this weather. :/ and my family isn't that wealthy so our air conditioner can't be that high. Don't get me wrong winters are beautiful here but how do I cool down in this blazing heat??:/
